My chicks are arriving from Ideal this week!

i just got my email last night saying my chicks were arriving in 72 hours. I am so excited . I ordered 12 Easter eggers chicks . I can't wait !

Aww that sounds like a lot of fun! Let me know how the bantam special assortment is , I think I will get that next summer.

My chicks showed up a day earlier than normal and I am completely unprepared! I was already on my way to work when I got the call from the Post Office. Luckily it is going to be very hot out today because I don't have a heating pad with me, and I had a waterer in the back of my car. No food though I know they can go without it until I get home but I like to do all I can to get them off to a good start about their scary journey. All arrived well but there are a couple of silver Sebrights (yay!) in there that are very sad and cold. We have a shed here at work that I usually set them up in until I go home but for now they are in my car because I think it might be warmer at the moment.

@toomanyjewels have yours arrived yet? Mine usually don't show up until Friday around 11!
