My chicks are terrified of me

Ol Grey is right. Spend time around them not trying to pick them up or pay attention to them. Keep it up as often and much as you can.

I started putting food in my hand and laying my entire arm down in the brooder. If I could I'd just lay down with them altogether haha! Then be still and let them come to you. Repeat this as often as you can. Eventually I reach a single finger out and start to pet them, they really like their necks rubbed once you do it!

After only a few days the chicks would immediately come to my outreached arm and within a week they all come running up to the brooder door when I arrive. There are a few that are becoming my buddies, as soon as I put my hand in they are first to come running up, and they aren't looking for food...they shop short and let me rub their necks with a finger. It makes all the aforementioned time and work worthwhile!! :)

For your voice...every time I walk by them, every time I come in to their room, constantly (helps I'm working at home!) I speak to them. They can hear me on work calls, I've been taking plenty in their room.

I can yell "Hey girls" from 100+ft away to my current chickens and they come running so I thiknk you just need to stick to it, no matter what.

Also, the chickens go through a teenager phase as Bean15 mentioned. They'll appear to not want much to do with you, but just keep at it. They'll get over it and you'll be happy with the results.

Slow movements, speak lots, spend as much time as you can with them, let them come to you on their terms (it's ok to entice them with food, treats, or whatever!).
