My chicks color

I have four almost three week Golden lace wyandottes. And three of them on their wings the golden color is coming in but on one of them it is still like all black and I am trying to figure out is this normal or could this possibly be a sign of a rooster.

I am new to these types of chickens and where I live I am not allowed to have a rooster so I'm trying to figure this out before it starts causing me some problems.

Could you please post some comparison photos so we can see what you are talking about? That does not sound like anything that would show sex to me.

Here are some pictures. One is all black except for around the face while the others have the golden color on their bodies.
