Hi all. In May (May 18th) we got 4 new chicks to add to our flock.
1 Golden Wyandotte
1 Buff Orpington
1 Barred Rock
and
1 Cinnamon Queen.

So at this point they are 11 weeks old.

The Cinnamon Queen (Quennie) has been the runt, she is noticeably smaller than the others. She is eating, pooping, playing with the others, and she is a non stop talker (even at 1am she is peeping).

The others are showing their combs, and getting that tail bump, but she still looks to have chick fluff tufts around her head.

Should I be worried?

thanks for your help

A quick review of those breeds weights shows the Cinnamon Queen to be a bit lighter than the other breeds. Different breeds grow at different rates too. My Jersey Giants are growing slower than my Gold Laced Wyandottes. But in the end the JG's will out weigh the others by a couple of pounds...JJ
