My coop, Aurora, Colorado

This is the coop and run that I design/built this winter. I've installed an automatic coop door, pull-out cleaning trays on all floors, removable roosts, 3" insulated & hinged steel panels in the roof of the roost (leftover from a patio cover project), electric outlets, slider window, green-roof planter above the nest-box area, etc. I wasn't happy with coops available in the local retail stores. I hope to establish a small flock of Wyandotte's soon!

I'll post more pics once the run is completed. The total area is only about 10' X 18', but they will have access under the coop.
