My coop is in a shaded spot of my yard... sun and light issues?

Where are you located? Depending upon the climate, shade could be your best friend.

I built my coop under a tree for the shade & I am glad I did cause its a hot one where I live. I have windows on three sides having no window on the north wall. I built the nesting boxes on the north wall thinking they would be protected from the north winds which can be brutal.
