I am so sorry your family is going through this. My husband lost his cousin (by marriage) to this terrible disease several years ago after she had a lung transplant as well. She was lucky enough to have a beautiful daughter and a wonderful husband who took care of her to the end. My husbands best man's brother had CF as well.
Your family will be in my thoughts.....
