I don't believe this is normal? And it's the majority of them. They're half pupa and half Beatle? (Alot of them were without food and oats for a long time so I'm thinking it has something to do with nutrition? ) Can I fix them or is it a deformity. I also have like a few more mealworms (around 4 as I fed the rest to my chooks on accident 😔) how do I prevent them from getting this?

can you get a better photo, one where the beetle is in focus?
Uh here, I feel really bad for them as they're not able to walk very well

(They went with out food for around 1-2 week, this is because there was a hole in the container that I didn't notice. They crawled through it into another container and I didn't notice untill it was too late and they were already turning into pupa

well if they're moving they're alive. What are you giving them for moisture?
This is what they should look like

Yours may yet come to look like this; I've had some look like yours when they first emerged.

Yea! I used to own them, so this is rlly weirding me out. I give them apples for moisture, my friend said cucumbers are also good? So should i give them that instead?

I vary what I give, any fresh fruit or veg will do it seems, and I've given cucumber ends and skin without issue. Some things get consumed, some just sucked. Banana skins can go mouldy so I rest them on a piece of plastic above the bran, not in it, keep a close eye on them and remove at first sign of mould. The mealworms love them though.

Yea lmao. I do believe this has something to do with nutrition as they got stuck ( idk how to really explain it) I just thought I fed way to much to my chickens.

Temps, humidity, nutrition, stress, breeding, all play a role in whether pupation is successful or not. If your parameters are all correct (search online if you're unsure, there are lots of forums for feeder insect care/breeding), and the trend continues, throw out your stock and start over. It could be genetic.
