My Day in Court is on one week

Well we got 2 summonses in the mail the other day and our court date is in one week from today. We have a chance to stand before the judge (hopefully a competent judge) who will read the law and see that the town is trying to enfore commercial laws on us.

If you are going into an actual court, I wouldn't do it without a lawyer. Also, don't wait for the judge to tell you what the law is. You need to research it yourself in advance. Otherwise I am afraid you will lose.
