So, I’m technically on day twenty and none of my candlings have shown anything good. I thought they were dead. But I left them in the incubator because I’m a little lazy. Here me and my mom sit watching criminal minds when we hear a little peep peep. We thought it was from the show, but about an hour later, we heard it again in a scene that it would not be possible. I IMMEDIATELY took out the rollers, which I hadn’t because I thought they were dead and I just handnt unplugged it (the hum it makes is kind of soothing). I put some water to increase humidity. The candling isn’t showing which one is alive so I left them both in there. Help? Please? I’m kind of panicking here.

I never hatched chicks... Sorry if I tagged you and you don't know either,
@Eggcessive , @aart ??

@Oncoming Storm I would leave it closed and running. Might have more than one good one since it's only day 20. Let the little fella do his thing. You basically just did a dry hatch without knowing it lol
It's internally pipped and will start working on the shell tonight or tomorrow.

This is what it looks like inside now:

Am doing so currently. I added a little water since I read to increase humidity in the last few days. It’s pretty rainy here so the humidity is pretty high right now.

That's weird that the candling didn't show anything...
I know!! I posted my hopeful egg like a week ago and a lot of people said it didn’t look right. I swear it felt like I was hearing things. If my mom hadn’t heard it to, I wouldn’t have believed it.

So, the humidity outside is currently sitting at 95% and it’s still a little rainy. I only added a little bit of water, like a small squirt from the maybe 50mL MAYBE because I don’t want to add too much. Should I add more water since inside humidity is different or should I leave it alone?
