My Delaware hen has bald spot on the back of her neck.

Just looks like a hard molt in that one area.

Just a note, that Delaware is not a hen. Delaware hens have black tail feathers with a white line on the outside and a white shaft. Your bird's tail is barred which means it is a cockerel/rooster.

Doesn’t mean he isn’t a rooster. My Black Cochin rooster (my avatar) didn’t crow until he was 1.5 years old. And this was well after he fathered a batch of chicks.
