My Delaware hen has bald spot on the back of her neck.

Why is this happening?

Looks like pin feathers coming in, not sure why it's so "pink" skin ...
Is the rest of her skin that pink?
Have you seen the 5 picking on each other?
Have you checked for external parasites; mites, lice?
What are you feeding?

I'm guessing "molt" due to the pin feathers. Keep an eye on the area, make sure the rest not pecking at the spot.

Just looks like a hard molt in that one area.

Just a note, that Delaware is not a hen. Delaware hens have black tail feathers with a white line on the outside and a white shaft. Your bird's tail is barred which means it is a cockerel/rooster.

That is a treat product and should be fed in minimum quantities only. Your chickens need complete nutrition for feather production and eggs.
