At least your DH want's those cute little banties... Mine wants a huge Black Jersey Giant Roo to stomp around the yard. Probably wants it to keep the huge Black Great Dane in line. I see a trend here...

I am so glad that little bug is getting to everyone ok LOL but be careful the bite it leaves last for awhile my DH is upset because most of the hatchery's are not shipping babies now because of the weather !! he wanted his new babies NOW, but at least this gives us time to figure out where to move the new pen for HIS banties.
We still have to downsize a few of the bigger birds to make room for everyone, but it is a small price to pay for him to have some chickens he wants for all the hard work he put into building the coop and run for the girls we have now.
So lets keep that little bug going around and hopefully all the DH's will get the bite before spring LOL

Jersey Giants are huge but aren't that bad.
My son has 2 roos and 2 pullets, they are about 18 weeks old, and the roos are bigger than DD's 6 month old red stars.
They are very pretty in spite of their size.
