My Diet & Exercise Thread

I imagine it sucks a lot... which is why im going ot try to lose weight. im currently on the high side of a healthy weight, so i want to lose a bit so I amon the lower end of the healthy range.
 
Oh yes... and stay out of the recipe section of BYC!!!! That will get you every time!!!

I think my scale is broken... or at least stuck. I keep telling myself, I'm just turning fat into muscle.

I just want to know how I gave up Oreo's, and work out twice a week and weigh 165 lbs!!!! ARGH!

I have been on my diet of fresh fruit and veggies for the last 2 weeks.
And I lost 1 pound

I havnt been binging out or eating snacks at all.
Well I guess that is a bit of a lie. My sister made sugar cookies today. I ate 3 bites and I actually started to gag on it. Only because I really didnt want it. A pile is sitting in front of my face. And I havnt really thought about it.
