The Maran hasn’t been brave enough to try but the white one tries all day long and gets an angry flock of hens chasing him for his efforts! They are only 14 weeks and the white one started crowing and mounting at 11-12 weeks which was mind boggling. The Maran is still transitioning from peeping to clicking.

Jabberwocky seems like a good name for him. My Jabber had the same issue.

I watched him get beat up by my Maran once. It was hysterical. She knocked Jabber off of another hen and he took issue. So she flattened him.
