Hi everyone!
I am im desperate need right now for advice! My white leghorn hen was attacked by a beagle. I go outside and see that my hen’s back literally has a hole right where the neck and the back connects. I would say it’s 1-2 inches deep(im not sure tho). There is lots of dirt on my hen and in the wound. I don’t know what to do! PLEASE HELP!

Hang in there, you'll have more posts soon.
Start to gently clean around the area. Get your first aid supplies set up, neosporin, gauze or clean lint free rags. You need to remove the dirt to see how extensive it is.
Is she breathing ok? any clicking or sucking sound?

I’m pretty sure she isn’t making any clicking or sucking sounds. How am I supposed to clean out the wound?

You or your veterinarian need to clean this out very well. Warm water at least, and expect that it may be uglier than it looks at first. Then, wound dressing, and rest. She will heal with good nursing care, especially if she' eating and drinking well.
Having her in a cage at the coop so she's not separate would be nice, BUT no flies can be there. She may need to be in the house or garage for a time, and then out there in a cage later.

As others have said, cleaning the wound is essential. If nothing else I have put wounded critters under the faucet and flushed the wound out with running water. You can use a blow dryer to dry the chicken afterward. Flushing the wound out with peroxide afterwards is a good idea. Apply an antibiotic cream or powder. Make sure the wound heals from the inside out. Don't let it seal over because if it does it will abscess underneath. Chickens heal up very rapidly. If she did not incur internal injuries she should be fine.
