He has white/yellow legs and a pea comb. Old English have single combs only and white legs, he's for sure American game.
Dubbed OEG.... and yes his posture makes me think there is something wrong... illness or ??? Check for injury and then hit him with some Rooster Booster... see if that doesn't perk up the little guy.
