My dog is in labor!!!

When a dog goes into labor, she should be having her first puppy within 30-40 minutes. At least, that's what I've been told.

From my understanding, toy breeds tend to have dystocia issues more than larger breeds. The vet needs to be called, this is a problem. She could have a stuck puppy.

Tbh, I'd be worried about a lot of stillborns by this point.

My experience with laboring animals has told me that pushing with no results for over an hour is BAD news.

Sorry I’ve been MIA. We were on the phone with the vet when we saw the first sac. She then delivered a boy, 8oz parti, another boy, 6oz parti, and a girl, 6oz black with white chin and back paws. Thank you all for the advice, she delivered them all nix C section.
