my dog needs help and idk what to do...

Has she eaten yet after refusing food earlier today? Is he belly distended or full? Has she been drinking water?

She is a 3 yr old German Shepherd. She didn’t eat this morning, and she usually just inhales it. We have a small space in our basement with blankets and it’s just a small comfy space she never liked going in there but she has been hiding in there panting a lot and reallllly hot. She’s been keeping her toy chicken with her and never biting it just licking it, and when it makes noise she cuddles it and licks it. She cry’s ALL the time!!! And just whines and cry’s and when we let her out she barks then cry’s at the door. Anything else?

I hope you can get to a vet. Can you look in her mouth and look at her teeth? Not eating but licking makes me think of teeth pain. Do you have any dog aspirin until you can get to the vet?

She did eat tonight . But I didn’t feed her as much as she usually would’ve eaten. Her tummy seems normal.. she’s panting a lot tho and acting as tho her toy is her “baby”

I do not have any aspirin for her and all the stores in town are closed till after Christmas... I tried to look in her mouth but I didn’t see much and she doesn’t like when I open her mouth either so it’s much more difficult .

And she shouldn’t be to bored... she has LOTS of people to hangout with and be petted by and we let her run around the house and out side all the time

How old are you? Do you have company for the holidays, strange people to her, that may be scaring your dog? Dogs can be very sensitive around large crowds and noise. She may be more comfortable hiding in the basement.

In my teens . My grandparents are up but they stay at a hotel and they got here way after she started this..

My question would be at this point: Has she been spayed, or is she still intact? Because there could be a remote possibility that she is in heat if she's intact.
