My drake duck is chasing one of my chickens, what do I do?

We can't know that, but it wouldn't hurt to try if you have the room. I would still suggest separating them, and as aart suggested, alternating free range days and separate coops/runs.

Yes, Aart has given good advice.  You may have to make a separate coop/run for your drake and free range them on alternate days to keep them separate. Drakes love female chickens just like female ducks!  But, they aren't compatible and he'll hurt or kill her.

I could get a female duck for my drak.

You could get a female duck for your drake. But, I am guessing that would not solve the problem. And I'm guessing you are short on space. Just like roosters are driven to breed hens constantly, drakes are also very like minded. If he's trying to breed your hens now, adding a female duck to the mix will only give him one more female to breed.

What if I got a female duck? Would that stop my duck from trying mate with my chicken??

He'd need more than one duck....not sure what ratio would work, but he's need at least 3-4, I would think(never had ducks)....
....and you still might need to house and range them separately.

separate them duck anatomy is not the same as chickens. He can maim or kill a hen chicken by trying to breed her.
