My drakes foot is ALWAYS bleeding??!

Yea, yay!! Yay for healthy feet and scabs and tissue. When do you think the scab will start coming off? And so just keep doing soaks for both bubbles and Aflac and apply the triple antibiotic ointment and bandages again each day for another few days? And what about that one foot on bubbles we talked about

That is my suggestion, but like I said, this is a bit more than ones I have ever dealt with... if you can take off that one scab on Bubbles, try it... otherwise, leave it til Ronnie comes back so you will have more hands to work on them, ok?

I did have them skip the soaks for a few days, but the scabs drying out so much seemed to look worse and going by how they acted yesterday with the soaks as compared to today, I think that was causing them discomfort...

and won't soaking soften up the scabs so they can begin to come off on their own? They will come off on their own right? And the ointment helps them heal and then bandages protects the feet from nastiness?

I'll probably leave the iffy foot till Ronnie is back and can help but that won't be until animal handling class Monday afternoon awhile away. So would you say just Continue soaks applying triple antibiotic ointment and fresh bandages each day and take pics to monitor progress on both bubbles and Aflac and Ronnie can look at the one foot on her Monday?

But if Miss Lydia or Liz have alternative instructions in the morning that they feel would work better, then go ahead with theirs...

Ya know what i think would be nice, if there is any possibility of it.... is there anywhere that you could let them run around for a little while that isn't dirt? Like inside somewhere? Carpet, concrete, linoleum, even maybe nice grass? Just not mud or dirt. To give a little chance to get some air to the scabs, but not ruin the treatments. Then clean them up again and re-bandage

And maybe its a horrible idea.

Okay I just really want them to heal up ya know? I'm hoping they can go back with their friends and the geese next week sometime or next weekend by ronnies bday, so just hoping for the best for my babies. Want to give them the best. I'll be out again probably same time in the afternoon again, so just need any advice in the morning before I leave

What about their quarantine area? Clean it out, put fresh shavings in and let them in there without bandages while you finish other chores there and re-bandage right before you leave?

I know this has been very difficult, and them being at the school farm has been a pain to work around...
