My drakes foot is ALWAYS bleeding??!

His case is just so huge and severe it's hard to tell what we are looking at and what's going on and then the blood covers everything up. It's awful. I don't know what to do I thought I did but this kills me and I'm trying so hard he needs to get better.
 
:) we are afraid to even try and cut into his feet again. Ronnie was afraid at first he his a vein. We are terrified. He bled really really bad. Tomorrow after I see him I can clean off his foot and show you what my boyfriend did to him.. I haven't been able to take look at it. I'm scared he's gonna get really hurt. He tried to take the advice and just cut into the cut and take everything bad off until he saw pink tissue idk what he did..
