My turkeys are waaaaay too heavy for me to carry let alone hold upside down and look

Get them to sit down and pull their feet out behind them... the bottoms will be pointing up in that position...

I can try. They are grumpy due to the fowlpox they've gone through though so they are very agitated when I go in their pen especially my female she pecks my hands so hard

Or just walk behind them for a bit while they walk... you should be able to see the bottoms that way...

If I was gonna soak a duck foot I think I would just stick it in my bathtub minus the Epsom salts.

This is exactly what I do. Sometimes with epsom salts. It gives them the poops if they drink it though.
