My duck are not quacking

I have two Pekin Ducks about two months or so and one of them has a really loud quack but the other isn’t really quacking at all and seems like he can’t quack. I was wondering if this is something to be worried about or if he’s just not going to quack. This has been like this since they stopped peeping.

The one that is not loudly quacking is very likely a drake.

X2 on everything. Most likely a drake! Other girls aren’t so talkative maybe? A quack can range from as early as one month to i think 9 weeks? Experts please correct me,
