My duck can't walk anymore. Help!!!?

My duck is about 3 years old. Got her from my neighbors who didn't take care of her. She was totally fine until a few months ago. She started limping. So i got her niacin and a multi vitamin powder to add to her water. Now she can't walk at all. Her legs are bowed and are warm to touch at the joint. I put her on antibiotics, nothing. I have been worming her, nothing. And her wings arw missing feathers. Anyone know what could be wrong? I can't afford the vet.
