I haven't seen that very often.

Ive never seen it before, so I was surprised when I saw them the morning it hatched.

Have no idea. I just assumed it was similar to humans and hair. My granddaughters were born bald and my grandson with a full head of hair.

No not from my experience. I think I've only seen it twice, maybe three times. I've hatched 300-400 birds.

None that I'm aware of. It didn't take long for them to blend in with the others.
