Yup, brown. the Barred holland was something that the university embarked upon to create a large dual purpose barred breed that lays white eggs. They are critically endangered today.

Good morning Once my wife is home, I need to get hatching Rhode Island white eggs. I lost my roo over winter and can't continue the breed without him. He was a show quality roo.

We have one chick that is definitely roo. Our english bantam peepers, and possibly three ee roos now to.

I'm really happy because our silkie eggs that we got finally started hatching. Better late then never huh? So far we've got two dark black and cream colored chicks.

Haven't gotten our jerseys yet.

My hatch went well. I sold 40 and kept about a dozen.
