Thanks, and it turns out, that baby had also been gotten at some point, because she also has an injury, not as severe, and mostly healed up, but she was definitely gotten.

Chicken. Theres nothing poking out that coulda done it. Nothings been damaged and no missing birds, so It couldnt be preds either.

Next time you go out there feel around the rocks for any sharp edges, also look for any signs of blood on them. Your hen may be innocent. They usually peck from the top, head or neck, not the chest.

Did already. Speaking of neck, another reason I did it is because baby's injury is on her neck between the shoulder and head.
