My duck egg pipped 15 hours ago and now nothing what to do???

That is very common. The usual advice is to let it be. You'll do a lot more damage by opening up and messing with it than he'll do by pushing it around. Some people call this stage, "duck soccer." After my first hatch, I switched to hatching in egg cartons and it eliminates that problem, although the babies do still insist on falling asleep on top of eggs that are trying to hatch. But it's still, in my opinion, far superior to having them on their sides getting kicked all over the place. It also has the additional advantage of making it take longer for the duck to push it's way out after fully zipping. That may not seem like an advantage, but it gives their legs time to strengthen so that when they do finally get all the way out, they don't go stumbling all over the incubator looking like a rag doll and potentially injuring themselves.

Anyway--you really probably don't need to worry about it. Just sit on those hands and wait.

Good luck with the next hatch!
