My duck eggs hatching early!?!? Did I do something wrong?

Pics
Wasn't trying to say anyone was wrong, just thought some pictures might help. :D

Didn't take it that way. You are awesome Kathy! I just remember one of mine that I'm sure was through the membrane but I couldn't really "see" the beak. More of just a shadow. So now I recognize there is a difference, so I shouldn't automatically say its an internal pip when it may just be pressing the membrane.

Edit to add... She also said it was going in and out of the air cell, so she will have to decide whether or not its a true internal pip or just pushing.

Anyway, it's been three hours since I took the picture with the pink arrow and I saw more pushing on the membrane but couldn't get a picture. Will try later.

This is an example of the shadow at the edge.

The arrow is where the shadow was but the camera didn't catch it. (I think he is camera shy! Every time I get the camera out he stops moving) I will see if I can get anything better.

Ok so... Here I am, I have 41 duck eggs that are on day 17. I candled all of them for movement, veins etc. first candling I've done of this group since placement. I threw out 8 clears. I want to post some pictures of the eggs in a bit so I can ask you experts how they are looking at this point. Otherwise, the temp is at 99.5-100 and the humidity is at 30. Couldn't lower it if I wanted too because we have had rain rain and more rain. Im keeping my fingers crossed that this hatch will be better than the last two. In about 7 days I'm going to lock them down and get the humidity up to 60. Any tips on how to keep it at 60? I haven't been able to get the humidity right... At least I think that's why I haven't had the best hatches. Many thanks yet again!
