My duck has not pipped

It's day 24-25 it has not pipped at all I'm worried is it dead

Ducks don't hatch until day 28. It probably won't pip until day 26 or 27 at the earliest.

Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! Good news! Ducks usually hatch at 28 days. It will probably start pipping in a day or so. I wouldn't worry about it.
