My duck is being "bullied" by other duck to not swim in his pool,help!

So I have 2 ducks. One being a mallard and the other being a pekin,they are both males and Ive had them for over a year. Within the past couple of months the pekin duck has been attacking the mallard and now his neck has no feathers on it. Not only that but due to summer coming and it getting hot out, I brought their pool out and within the first few weeks the mallard would try to swim but the pekin chases him out and attacks. Now my poor mallard just dips his head in the water and cant swim now because the pekin attacks him. Help/advice would be greatly appreciated,thankyou.

Consider isolating him for few days and then reintegrate them to see if he calms down. It could also be sex drive as breeding season is on course.
