My Duck is vomiting blood! HELP!

There is no worms in it's vomit or droppings. is it alright to give Probiotics for human?

Yes probiotics that are meant for humans are okay to give it. Another great source of probiotics for it is from some plain yogurt.

Before you panic, try to find a veterinary diagnostic lab and contact them. Find out what sorts of diseases are common in your country.

Will try it out but i brought it to vet before and the vet just couldn't give an exact answer. i read about plague, there are several symptoms like internal bleeding,no appetite,weak leg, and high temperature but my duckling's leg and beak are cold. This is what I'm wondering.

Your duckling is probably hypothermic (too cold). Can you place it in a warm room or cage (80-85 degrees)? It also needs fluids if it is not drinking. It really would be best to take it to a vet.
