My Duck Needs Help!!!

No... I don’t know what to do, is there even anything that can be done? 😞
Honestly maybe you could like hire some pros maybe pest control people to try and catch him? I can't really think of anything else other than maybe like building a coop by the lake and moving a couple other ducks in there and just wait until you can get there while he is in the coop and close him in it. If you can't get some kind of "coop" maybe like a large dog cage or a dog house. Maybe even try one of those like traps people use to catch raccoons and possums and leave it by the pond with mealworms and other treats in it?

There's gotta be something you can do but it will probably require a lot of creativity

True. I’ll try the trap/coop thing

Sorry to hear that you're still having trouble getting the duck out of the pond. I don't know if you've tried this, but you can try calling the DNR and see if they'll be willing to help you or give you ideas. I know the DNR around here in Wisconsin are more than willing to help.

Hopefully the big guy upstairs will give you a hand. As far as housing, for my ducks since they don't like to be inside with the chickens they seem to like a little fort that I made them. I even sometimes catch them going into the dog igloo. What I do is put a blanket over the front of it to keep the warmth in when they're inside. Maybe that'll help if you do get him out.

Oh wow that's amazing I can't believe he is alive!! If he comes up to you it shouldn't be too hard to catch him. Honestly if I were you I would clip his wings the second I got him back in just in case he ever gets out again it will be so much easier to catch him.
