My Duck Needs Help!!!

He is 3.6 months old and he is a male buff Orpington duck

So he's probably able to fly over something that's not too high,right? Is he fully feathered? Did you find the body's of the 5 that died?

Do you have a net that you can use? He is probably panicking about his flockmates and has nobody to watch out for predators either so he'll have a break to eat.

He keeps trying to fly (he can’t) and I didn’t find the bodies and yes he is fully feathered

So he is probably stressed out from his flockmates being taken by a predator. Poor guy. He must be going through that "everyone is out to kill me, even the giant that feeds me" phase. It's like all of the love and care you've given them is completely forgotten. They all go through this phase, at least in my experience. You're probably going to need help capturing him.

I wouldn't worry about the cold as much as I would the predator coming back for him
