Alright...If you look you can actually see the bumble I didn’t say that was causing the swelling in his leg but could be if the infection has spread.

These dark spots on his foot need to come off. They are holding in pus under Neath them.View attachment 1756223 View attachment 1756224 I have a male pekin duck, and as I was going to feed in the morning I noticed he couldn’t get up. Usually he will quack and wait by his feeding bowl, but he was laying in the middle of his cage. The cage is pretty big, enough to roam around and has a swimming pool. I also have a female duck with him, and she’s currently laying in her nest. I went to check him and he noticed he was panting and couldn’t get up. I saw that his leg was a little swollen, and I took him home and gave him a warm bath to put the pressure off his foot. Although, I noticed now it’s really red and swollen compared to his other foot. He always had a little waffle and his legs were always aimed forward, but he didn’t bother him. Could that be the reason? His weight got to heavy for him? What could be the cause of this and can this be fixed?
