If you do not have Terramycin, you can use an antibacterial ointment such as Neosporin without pain relief. Apply a dab to a cotton swab and gently apply it to the eye. For eye issues, you would not want to use hydrogen peroxide.

Good thing, I didn't use hydrogen peroxide. I followed your advice except it's not terramycin. I used Polymyxin B Sulfate ointment earlier, it's antibacterial too and anti-swelling. She's doing fine now and doesn't cry a lot anymore. Thanks Sir!

That is also a good one to use; Polymyxin B sulfate is one of the major ingredients in Terramycin. Happy to hear she is doing better - you're welcome.
