My duck wings twitch

he is about 6 month old and he lives inside hes Just chilling but his wings keep moving he does this sometimes alot other times less somebody knows if this is normal or bad

On this video it is very mild he was doing it alot couple minutes ago
(Extra information: he does have a slight angel wing)
