My duckling has feathers on its legs. Is that normal?

I believe there is a silkie duck? It may be that you have a silkie blend

Not common at all, but it does occassionally happen.

One of my first pekins had it. And one of my runner ducklings had it. But it fell out the first week or so. And no new ones came in
