My duckling has wry neck

I have a baby muscovie duckling with wry neck what should I do? I bought Nutri drench and have been giving him that but it doesnt seem to help him. He is about 4 weeks old. I have been mixing it with a gallon of water. Is there something else I can do? PLEASE HELP

In addition to nutri drench I would add in extra vitamin E.
