This happened twice already. I have 4 indian runners that are 2 weeks old and the male had curled his neck all the way back and doesn’t move so when I hold him he’s limp in my hand and it looks like his eyelids are closed . Happened last week and happened today out of normal no activity. He’ll snap out of it and sit and can’t walk and then he needs a few minutes to be able to walk and then he’s back to his normal self

Have you treated with vitamins? Poultry NutriDrench or poultry vitamins for the water would be good to use, and you may need to help him drink. Post on the duck forum as well for more help.

Looking at the nutrition facts of the feed, both non-medicated starter feeds that I found (one for all birds, one for chickens) do not have Niacin in them. Therefore, I would definitely get them some brewers yeast or even just some peas for now if you have them. Most ducks love peas and they’re a great treat to sneakily get some Niacin in them.

MannaPro Chick Starter does have Niacin, how much exactly...I am not sure.
