My ducklings sick/dying, please help

Have you been supplementing with any form of niacin? very important that waterfowl babies get niacin from hatch till around 10 weeks of age. especially feeding chick starter but even feeding the best duckling starter there can be one that will come up with a deficiency. Not saying this is what it is.
What is the temp in your rabbit hutch? at 3 weeks ducklings should be kept at around 75*

Heating pad and heat lamp sound WAY TOO HOT. Place a thermometer on top of the heating pad and under the lamp and take a picture of what it's reading.
Well, I moved the heating pad off and the heat lamp is just at normal. But she keeps coming back to life!! I swear she died 40 seconds ago then she's back to gasping for air. I legit yelled, "Freaking make up your mind!!!"

How many have you lost in the passed few weeks?

It has to be your heating set up or food related.

OKAY. She's gone, but I really want to figure this out so please stay for the investigation!! And thank you for the help btw. Let me send a picture of my brooder set up.

Will you perform a necropsy?
No ma'am. I try my best to handle the blood and of course I puke my way through saving other animals and dealing with horse injuries, but it's so hard. I can barely stomach when I loose a chick and they start flopping around.
