My ducklings sick/dying, please help

I’m so sorry for your loss!

Others have suggested niacin deficiency which is a possibility but it could also be a thiamine deficiency or one of the other Bs, not enough vitamin E can also be a cause for nuerological issues. Maybe a good B mix, and a multivitamin mix is in order. Sometimes even with feed that’s made for waterfowl you can get part of a batch that just doesn’t have the right concentration.

It's always best if they have a way to get out from under and away from any type of heat, if needed. Ducks also don't like to be alone and that can cause some stress for them. I'm not saying it's impossible to raise a single duck, but they're much happier with a companion. I know she was going to join a flock but a depressed duck that becomes sick from something is going to have a more difficult time overcoming something. Again, I'm so sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you ♥️

When she was gasping, was there any head shaking at all. They can sometimes get food down into their lungs and will gasp for breathe. If that happens there is little to anything you can do for them.

One other possibility is a fungal or bacterial infection either from the food or bedding.

They can get away from the heat, and she would have had duck friends when she was older. But she mostly lived with chicks so far. Thank you 😊

Only shaking when I lost her.

Yeah, I think it might be something along those lines, not sure tho...
