Yes, bandaging a bird's eye is a challenge! I basically made a patch like Happy Dancin' suggested. I have used New Skin (which I think is the same as Liquid Bandage?) on another gander that was scalped by a hawk as a gosling, but there is a warning on the label to keep it out of the eyes so I would avoid that. Glad she's doing better and please update!
