My ducks won't go outside unless I do!!!!

Their water source is a small paddling pool, deep enough to paddle and scoop their beaks. I'm a first time duck mum, I have basically kiddy proofed their area!!! I have 2 dogs of my own, but they are kept separate from the ducks and supervised when they're out. My neighbour has cats, but they won't come in the garden because of the dogs!! I live in England so very few birds of prey in the area. I'll do what everyone has suggested, give them time and spend as much time as I can with them in the garden. Thank you everyone for your help.
