My EE/Americuana first Eggshell color changed?

Violets first egg was a creamy pinkish color with some pale blue/green specks (or calcium deposits?) I was a little bummed out but the next egg she laid and I know for sure it was hers was a pretty pale blue ( I even cracked it open to see if it was a true blue egg inside and out and it was!) you can see it next to my EE? Or Olive Egger? (Idk) Cookies green egg. She just started laying a few weeks ago but I’ve only gotten 2 blue eggs from her now she’s been laying those creme colored eggs. Is this normal ? And is there a reason her she’ll color changes?
It’s unclear to me which non blue egg came from your Easter Egger. Was the inside of the egg that had the blue speckles on it blue or white?
Blue coloring is deposited during the formation of the eggshell and that’s why it’s blue on the inside and the outside. Brown egg shell coloring is applied like a spray right before the egg is laid.

Kinda figured that much.
But curious if that should matter.

I could be wrong, but I believe only "Easter Eggers"* can lay a blue, blueish or greenish egg, and the experienced people here can tell by looking at your bird if she is indeed an EE.

* By "EE" I mean a bird that has the genetic material to produce a blueish or greenish egg. That is, it is bred from Araucana or Ameraucana chickens, mixed with other breeds. Most EE have typical characteristics that indicate whether the bird carries this genetic material or not.
