My egg is 25 days old and nothing is happening

Maybe.
But I highly doubt it.

There is a tiny chance it is still alive in there but is not pipping through the shell for some reason, but it is more likely that this happened a couple of days ago.

I agree with the others. Doubtful at this point. But a word of caution... if you open the egg, start it in a ziploc bag. It could also be rotten, and you want to spare your nose, plus an explosion if you pierce the shell.
