If it is dark in the area where there used to be an air cell, I suspect the chick got too larger, internally broke the membrane, but couldn't break the shell to zip and hatch.

Tap the shell with your fingernail and listen closely for peeping. Feel for any wobbles while you are holding the egg. I would venture a guess that your chick has died. I'm sorry, I hope I'm wrong.

It is a silkie egg in a 95-100 degree incubator with 60-70 % humidity and still air. I will try to post a picture of me candling it. And the rooster is an Easter egger
This temp is too low and not steady enough in my opinion and this humidity is too high for anything other than the lock down time.

I candled it again were the air cell should be but there is nothing

Make an egg candler with a toilet paper tube and a flashlight. You will be able to see better. Put the toilet paper tube on top of the flashlight (make sure it’s secure) the put the egg on top of the tube. Tilt it until you find the air cell. It is possible that the egg was never fertile if you don’t see anything. It looks too dark to see inside the shell with whatever candling method you’re using. Also the temp is too low, which may be why it’s late.
Good luck! Hope it hatches!

no, your egg might be rotten, do you smell anything? If the rooster is a standard sized EE and the hen a silkie the chick might've been too big for its shell
