My eggs never hatch :(

    I'm getting very sad about my babies. [​IMG] I turn them and watch them and really come to love them, but they never make it. I get so depressed when I open them and they were almost fully formed when they died. they were just so cute...
    I do have a pretty cheap Chick-Bator, but it still makes me cry. i really need a hug. [​IMG]

    I am really sorry!! I know how frustrating it is to get to the end and not have them hatch!! (((HUGS)))

    I feel your pain. I just threw out 4-5 fully developed EE chicks... died right before they absorbed their yolk sacs. [​IMG] It sucks!

    sorry to hear hat i guess i have bee lucky so far. I do have a chicken who doesn't ever seem to be fertile though. Every time i put an egg in the bator it doesn't form. I know the rooster likes her. She is a favorite. Oh well too old maybe or something like that.

    What kind of incubator are using? The little yellow 3 egg thing?

    If so, that is probably 75% of your problem.

    I have gotten garden carts, tractors, lawnmowers, weedwackers, bush hogs and other things that we needed for our farm for my birthday through the years. This year I said all I wanted was an incubator. My family chipped in and bought me one and 300 pounds of chick feed. [​IMG]

    Get a good incubator. It's worth the investment! I got the Genesis 1588. I had pretty good luck the first round with it and am on another set of eggs.
