My eggs please help

We where trying to do thAt with all 22. No matter what we do on the second incubator we can not get it down.1 cup of water 80 humidity 6 cups of water 80 a few drops of water 80. Temp is fine. We can't drop humidity. The other incubator seem to to fine.

Can someone tell me what soft incubation eggs to the touch with gloves means but chick haven't easaped shell or isn't time yet. Both bators.most of them.what does these mean.
